September 1, 2015, Black Up Cosmetics became available at counters in the United States.  Sephora stores are carrying the makeup line also.  Black Up Cosmetics started by an African makeup artist in the late 1990’s.  They offer 15 shades for women of color.  I found selecting a shade match to be challenging.  The line has many shades that run either too red or too orange for my skin tone which is NC 45 in MAC foundations.   I reviewed their full coverage cream foundation.  It is a long wearing foundations that provides exceptional full coverage without looking cakey.  It provides a smooth, flawless look that covers most discolorations and imperfections- this is true full coverage.  This is definitely a makeup line worth looking into despite the shade selection issues.  The full coverage cream foundation cost $ 43.50.
